Buying Credits

You can buy credits using your credit card or through PayPal. Each credit can be used for a single report on one account. When you complete your purchase you will be given a 20 digit alpha-numeric code, which is your Payment Code.

I Didn't Get The Email

Please allow 5 minutes for your email to come through. Please check your spam and junk mail folders. The automated Payment Code emails often get marked as spam. Please check the email account attached to your PayPal account. This is where the Payment Code will be sent. If you still can't find your email you can try the options below.

Other Options

If you definately didn't receive your Payment Code email you can try using the following things as your Payment Code.

If your transaction was successful, you can try using your Transaction ID. On the PayPal receipt email titled 'Receipt for your payment to Crypto Pit Pty Ltd', the Transaction ID should be in the top right hand corner.

If you still can't access your report, you can try using your email address as the Payment Code. Simply enter the email address associated with the payment into the Payment Code box to try unlocking your report that way.
