INFRARED SAUNA Unlike a traditional sauna, with its hot, wet air, an infrared sauna’s heat is dry and direct, so that the temperature is comfortably lower both in actuality as well as perception. Just imagine the difference between hot and dry and hot and humid. The benefits of this heat therapy is what’s known as hyperthermic conditioning, which is triggered when body temperature is increased over a short period of time. Benefits include: detoxification, improved blood circulation and stress reduction. Infrared saunas are especially beneficial for athletes who will notice: • Increased endurance - due to increased blood flow • Muscle growth - the release of “heat shock proteins” attack free radicals and promote cellular repair • Muscle recovery - by releasing muscle tension and reducing pain and inflammation • Mental relaxation - thanks to stress relief Infrared sauna sessions work best when added to your cryotherapy regime. It’s important to note, that the sequence with the two matters. Always use the infrared sauna prior to the whole body cryotherapy. Infrared heat triggers vasodilation and detoxification, the cryotherapy then vasoconstricts tissue and blood vessels, reducing both inflammation and pain. You can also set the tone for your sauna session:- RED – Activates the circulatory and nervous system. STRONG GREEN – Provides anti-infectious, anti-septic and regenerative stimulation. STRONG BLUE – Lubricates joints. Helps address the infections, stress, nervous tension. ORANGE – Energized and eliminate local fat. Help address asthma and bronchitis. GREEN – Acts as a relaxant. BLUE – Stimulates muscle and skin cells, nerves and the circulatory system. STRONG YELLOW – Strengthens the body and acts on internal tissue. STRONG INDIGO – Help address eye inflammation, cataracts, glaucoma and ocular fatigue. STRONG PINK – Acts as a cleanser, strengthening the veins and arteries. YELLOW – Reactivates and purify the skin, Help with indigestion and bodily stress. INDIGO – Activates and eliminates impurities from the blood stream. VIOLET – Relaxes the nerves and lymphatic system. Addresses inflammation and urinary illness.

Our newest treatment (belgravia only) #Repost @clearlightsaunas with @get_repost ・・・ IF YOU LOVE SAUNAS PLEASE SHARE THIS POST! 🔥💦💦⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thanks to Dr. Rhonda Patrick @foundmyfitness for the most comprehensive, wide-ranging article ever written on the benefits of sauna sessions. From Dr. Patrick, "I'm excited to announce that a new 18-page article on sauna science is now live on the Topics page on FoundMyFitness.com!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This article goes deep on the effects of heat stress generated from different types of sauna use on cardiovascular health, mental health, delaying brain aging, muscle maintenance, lowering inflammation and so much more!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One thing that sauna use has repeatedly been shown to do in observational studies and intervention trials is to induce protective responses against the deleterious biological processes that drive cardiovascular disease and related disability.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In fact, more studies are showing that some of these responses recapitulate those experienced during exercise. For example, heart rate may increase up to 100 beats per minute during moderate-temperature sauna bathing sessions and up to 150 beats per minute during hotter sessions, similar to the increases observed during moderate- to vigorous-intensity physical exercise. Recently, a single 25-minute sauna session was comparable to moderate physical exercise with respect to cardiovascular measures. Like exercise, long-term sauna use generally improves blood pressure, endothelial function, and left ventricular function, and reduces inflammation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This article really covers everything on sauna science. It also discusses the duration and temperature of the sauna needed for the cardiovascular benefits as well as activation of heat shock proteins which may responsible for many of the benefits, particularly in the brain and muscle. Hope you enjoy!"⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌀 For sauna pricing and more information write team@HealwithHeat.com and visit www.HealwithHeat.com. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #infrared #infraredsauna #sauna #biohack #clearlightsauna #jacuzzisaunas #healwithheat #lymewarrior #
